At Glowforge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D laser printer and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the items are in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official Glowforge help center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your Glowforge unit and materials into their original custom boxes and protective foam to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping marks are completely covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware for completeness and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
