Especially for lidded jars and pieces that need to firm up a bit before wiring off. The design features concentric rings to help you center clay and piece diameter along with holes for standard 10” spaced bat pins. While setup for Medium Draftboard, it will also be great in Thick Draftboard for heavier duty set. It is recommended to use a thin layer of clay or a batmate underneath to help keep the bat system firmly on the wheel head.
