A small-sized, laser cut clip board that can be lots of fun to color if you wish. Plenty of spare room to add a name, initials, or other personalization….and/or an optional pen holder. They can hold paper or a cut-out of dry erase board. These are made of medium thick Proofgrade draftboard, but for more elegance, try some Proofgrade finished plywoods or even a colored acrylic.
