This is a 3D illusion of an Angel looking down at the nativity scene. The illusion is done by laser cutting and engraving with variable power set on the Glowforge, using the shading to simulate a 3D look. Also included is an optional outer ring to make this a layered ornament. For the outer ring, I use a contrasting wood for interest.
